Chronic Pain Counselling
Do you have chronic pain? Or a Chronic illness? Living with either can be exhausting and overwhelming. Many people who experience chronic pain also struggle with mood, physical limitations, relationships, work or school stressors, and a sense of self. These in turn can increase pain and make it even harder to cope.
Mental Health Therapy
Are life stressors getting you down? We work collaboratively with you to explore areas of challenge. These can include difficulties in relationships, trauma, fear, grief, anxiety, day-to-day function, and future goals.
