A little About Us

Susan Ward, MSW RSW PRT

As a bilingual social worker with over 29 years of experience, most of which has been in the hospital setting, I have developed a niche in the area of Chronic Pain. I am solely focussing on providing care to persons with Chronic Pain or Chronic Illness. I use my expertise to empower you to learn more about chronic pain, develop coping strategies to manage your symptoms to improve your quality of life, and help you advocate and navigate for better access to services and programs.

Tracey Kent, MSW RSW

I have over 25 years of experience providing Mental Health therapy and support to individuals and families. I have worked in community, hospital, and private practice settings with adults and youth. From a person-centered perspective, I work alongside you to explore areas of life that are leading to distress and tension. Through the process and work of counselling individuals are able to renew personal meaning, define wellness and move toward future goals.
